Terms & Conditions

The following regulations will apply to manage the relation between Nice Trip and our clients and business partners.

RESERVATION & CONFIRMATION:

Our clients should kindly provide the following information to enable us of providing the best services:

  • Arrival/ departure dates & flight details (computer PNR for flight bookings).
  • Hotel name, number & type of rooms & meals required.
  • Client names in full & children ages.

Nice Trip will not be held responsible for any mishandling due to missing data.

HOTEL & SERVICES RATES:
All rates provided Nice Trip are inclusive of service charge and all prevailing governmental taxes, however Nice Trip reserves the right to increase the rates in case of any increase of the service charge & taxes imposed by the government or hotels.

HOTEL CANCELLATION CHARGES:
Cancellation charges will be advised on case by case basis and no shows will be charged the full stay amount.
Please note that the cancellation fee may vary during the VERY PEAK SEASON due to changes imposed by hotels.

TRANSFERS & TOURS CANCELLATION CHARGES:
01 working day prior arrival date OR same day cancellation will attract 100 % cancellation fee of the booked services.

Complaints:
Please note that any complaint can only be entertained upon the client stay. After checkout it might be impossible to investigate or deal with any complaint or client claim.

Personal Belongings:
Nice Trip will not be held responsible for any lost or forgotten personal belongings during the guest’s stay or day tours or transfers. However, we will do our utmost effort to assist our clients finding their lost belongings as a gesture of appreciation and quality service.

CORPORATE RATES:
In some cases the hotel may apply higher rate upon client check-in in case the client turns out to be attending any conferences or meetings or a staff member of any contracted corporate account.
